I started my career at Ecco, an imprint of HarperCollins, where I acquired, edited, and published award-winning and bestselling work by journalists, academics, scientists, organizers, and other high-profile writers.  I was also a contributing editor at n+1, the Brooklyn-based journal of literature, culture, and politics.
